Perfect

What a great service! Dr arrived in about 45 minutes, did tests and put my mind at ease.

Great Alternative

My Dr. is on vacation, her office suggested I try urgent care, last time I did that it was almost $700 and they saw me for 5 mins. So I gave this a try. There was a doctor at my house with-in an hour and my scripts were called in 20 mins later. I cant say enough about this service. The app is easy to use and the Dr. I saw was lovely. While this service wont replace my PCP, its good to know there is a reasonable alternative when need be.

Awesome concept, great experience!

I had such severe back pain that I couldnt get out of bed to go to the doctor. Pager was an absolute life saver!! My doctor was on time, professional, friendly, and had me back on my feet the next day. I would absolutely recommend Pager.

Excellent Doctors, Peace of Mind

Recommend this as a go-to service for anyone in the Greater New York City area for a doctor-needed situation. The doctors are really amazing people.

Saved me a lot of grief

Threw out my lower back badly and the idea of getting to (and waiting at) the urgent care center seemed way too daunting. I remember having seen an ad for this on the NY subway so I thought I’d give it a try. Although they are “out of network” for insurance plans (and my Aetna plan only pays for in-network services), I only paid $25 (a promo rate I think) which was less than my typical office visit copay. (Note, it costs more if a doctor ends up coming to your house). The process was easy and took about 15 minutes total. First I text-chatted with a screening nurse to build my chart, then a few minutes a very nice doctor called me. Explained what was going on, and she gave some recommendations and called in a muscle relaxant prescription (note that they cannot call in narcotic pain medications, though). I did still have to walk to the pharmacy, but that was OK. It would have been REALLY cool if the meds were delivered to me directly instead. It’s the next day and I’m back on my feet and functional. Would totally use again in a situation like this.

Disruption in a space that needs it most

Pager came to our office today to administer flu shots. Our company signed up with them as part of our benefits, but theyre officially an out-of-network provider..... for now. The basic premise of the app is on-demand healthcare. Without any of the scheduling, long wait times or inconveniences. While it must be hard to create a startup in the healthcare space, this company seems to have figured out a solid go-to-market strategy with a stellar product. Big fan.

Kind of amazing

Spoke to a doc on the phone within minutes. Home visit wasnt necessary in my particular case, but it gave this scared, sick girl a little piece of mind.

Game changing

I will never go to a regular Doctor again. Perfect for traveling executives. Professional service and uber convenient

Wow - amazing healthcare experience

This app is truly amazing. live chat is awesome and as a parent of two kids, yes, thank you very much to on-demand house calls. Yes!!!

Great experience

Tried the app for the first time. Came down with strep and felt like crap. I spoke to a doctor within 20 minutes, and after a 20 minute consult, he sent my prescription in. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was honestly really skeptical, but I am really impressed.

Not helpful.

If you want someone to listen to all your problems and then tell you to go see a doctor then this is the app for you. I would rather just text my friends because I think they have the ability to tell me to go to a doctor. Waste of money and time.
